The EHPL Disabled Bin Adaptation is designed to allow users that cannot operate a foot pedal to use an EHPL Sack Holder. Here at EHPL we have looked into various different options to solve this problem and our conclusion was that this simple but high effective option is the best solution. It’s a low maintenance cost effective option that can be fitted during manufacture to any of our Premium Metal or Ultimate Plastic range Clinical Waste Bins.
Also thanks to our lid changing option lids with these adaptions fitted can be retrospectively fitted to EHPL clinical waste bins that are already on site.

Dame Tanni Grey Thomson advised EHPL during the development of the adaption. Which has been used widely through the NHS. We do recommend a hand wash station is located near for infection control purposes. |
